Learning Experience:
This was definitely a learning experience for me! My depth of knowledge of this is when I had to make a video in my high school physics class when technology was nowhere near what it is today. Surprisingly, it was rather simple. My photo editor on my computer already had a movie editing software which is very user friendly.
Challenges:
One of the most challenging things to do was pick a topic! I had no clue which idea to choose. Other than that, I did not really have any challenges, technology made this project rather simple.
Video Production in Teaching:
I can see using this as a fun way for students to share work as a project compared to the usual stand in front of the class and speak. It could also be an alternative option for students who might have a speech disorder or some form of anxiety in terms of speaking in front of the class. There are so many avenues to proceed in creating a video that any student should be able to easily create one.
Danielle your video was so precious and adorable!!! Your idea was definitely a wonderful idea!!! Your family is amazing and the video you produced was very well put together. Your transitioning was absolutely easy to follow and the screen time was great for reading each caption. I am currently pregnant and they are trying to help me avoid getting pre-eclampsia. I am high-risk since day one and it has been a tough journey. It was amazing to see and read your story. This was a great idea for a video. Thank you for sharing your precious video with us!!

Dani! I loved this video! I was a high risk pregnancy, and we had a scheduled induction date for Alex, but I still had to have a C-Section because my blood pressure bottomed out at the last minute. This video is so sweet. I am sure James (my brother’s name is James Robert), will love seeing this when he gets older. I wish I had some video journals of Alex from when she was younger. She makes her own videos now (and tells me how to make mine–LOL)!

I loved your video! James is absolute adorable! Thank you for sharing information about pre-eclampsia. It doesn’t look like James is going to let his early start hold him back. Enjoy every minute of him being little because it will fly by.

Your presentation was amazing! I really enjoyed watching James and his journey. My nephew was born at 2 pounds because my sister suffered from preeclampsia as well. I am so glad to see that baby boy rocking and rolling and ready to take on this big exciting world!
